Behind
YL MOTION
YL MOTION is my motion design studio. I am Yann Lencot: motion designer since 2014, based in Strasbourg, France, specialised in 2D animation (vector illustration, kinetic typography, brand motion systems).
I work direct, with no sales layer: you talk to the person who animates. And when a project calls for it, I bring in a network of trusted partners: voice-over, illustration, sound design, 3D.
The method
Transparency
One person to talk to, feedback left directly on the video frame by frame, deadlines announced and met, and the render master delivered at the end of the project.
Execution
Advanced After Effects: expressions, rigging, tracking, scripting. Technique in service of rhythm, never the other way round.
