"Data driven!": a film Celonis, the process mining leader, commissioned to open a presentation at Schneider Electric. A deliberate glitch aesthetic, particles, halftone screens, carrying the argument: fewer than 50% of sales reps hit quota, 4 million accounts, 15,000 sales users, and execution diagrams showing exactly where processes seize up. Commissioned directly by the German team, delivered in a fortnight for the 1 July 2021 presentation.
